• Option 1: Selected papers are going to be published in a special volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering., indexed in Web of Science (CPCI)  and others.

Each article will undergo a plagiarism check and will be reviewed by an independent reviewer. After positive review and approval, the papers will be submitted for publication to the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering.
Before publication, IOP Publishing will review manuscripts using similarity check software. The IOP reserves the right not to publish any manuscripts that the IOP deems inappropriate for publication.
We recommend that a single author/co-authors  should submit a 2 paper maximum.

• Option 2: Publishing in Proceedings of ХII International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2022

The manuscipts can be written and published in English or Bulgarian. Papers will be published in the Proceedings of ХI International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2022 in the form of articles. Each article and its abstract will be reviewed by independent, anonymous reviewers, and in most cases they are members of the International or National Scientific Committee of DCB'2022. After a positive review and approval the articles are distributed and arranged by the editors of the Proceedings.
The Proceedings of DCB'2022 are identified with International Standard Serial Number. It will be published on optical media CD (ISSN 2603-4255) and online (ISSN 2683-071X). The authors of papers hold the copyright on their articles, so they are responsible for the content of their paper. The organizers and editors are not responsible for the content of the articles and the consequences if the authors have caused problem with their publication. NTSSB is a publisher and it is authorized to offer and distribute the Proceedings.

• The fact that you will participate in the ХII Int. Conf. on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2022 means, that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Option 2: Publishing in Proceedings of ХI International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2022

• One paper, published in the Conference Proceedings - Fees paid till 01
  August 2022 - 250 €
• Second paper, published in the Conference Proceedings - Fees paid till 01
  August 2022 - 100 €

• Fees paid after 01 August 2022 or on the spot at registration - 300€
• PhD Students - 100 €.

The fees includes a set of conference materials, programme, coffee-breaks, lunch, cocktail-party and access to all halls of the Conference.

• All participants in the conference are accommodated in the hotel "Detelina".

There are two ways to publishing the papers:

• Option 1: Selected papers are going to be published in a special volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), indexed in Web of Science (CPCI)  and others.

Authors must follow the journal guidelines when formatting their papers. These are available here:

The size of submitted papers have to be between 4 and 10 pages (8 pages recommended):

Shipping information:

Publication in a separate volume of the IOP Conference Series MSE, the submission of reports, the review procedure and the contact with the editors of the publication will be done using the MORRESSIER platform.

Publication Licence

Authors who want to publish a paper in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) are asked to submit a paper only if all authors of the paper agree in full to the terms of the license. All submitted papers will be published according to the following terms and conditions according to Proceedings licence: https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/questions/iop-proceedings-licence/

At least one of the authors of each paper must attend the Conference.
Oral presentation can be in Bulgarian or English. The information and texts included in the presentation (slides) to be provided during the presentation must be in English.

• Option 2: Publishing in Proceedings of ХII International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2022 (ISSN 2603-4255 CD, ISSN 2683-071X online)

The papers should not exceed 10 (ten) pages, including the illustrations. Pages are not numbered; papers are not accepted as slides. The colour layout of individual objects in the report is allowed.
Manuscript/reports should be formatted in accordance with the instructions set out in :

We recommend to write your paper directly on a copy of the template to ensure compliance with the formatting requirements of the Proceedings.

At least one of the authors of each report must attend the Conference.
