Exhibition area and equipment250€
This price includes 4m² of exhibition area, a table, electricity, a set of materials including the Conference Proceedings, coffee-breaks, lunch, cocktail-party for one participant. Each m² of area costs 40€ and could be paid additionally. A poster board (1x2m) could be ordered at the price of 20€.
Exhibition stall and equipment 300€
The charge includes 4m² of exhibition area, construction (2x2x2m), 4m² show case, two lighting fixtures, electricity, table, two chairs, a set of materials including the Conference Proceedings, coffee-breaks, lunch, cocktail-party for one participant. Each m² of area costs 50€ and could be paid additionally.

Authors who want to publish a paper in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) are asked to submit a paper only if all authors of the paper agree in full to the terms of the license. Abstracts and manuscript/reports should be formatted in accordance with the instructions set out in the Template_Abstract_DCB2020.doc (for an abstract), Template_DCB2020_ BG.doc (for a manuscript written in Bulgarian) and Template_DCB2020_EN.doc (for a manuscript written in English) that you can download via the following links:

PROCEEDINGS
Option 1: Selected papers are going to be published in a special volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering., indexed in Scopus (SJR=0.19 (2018)), Web of Science (CPCI) and others.
Each article will undergo a plagiarism check and will be reviewed by an independent reviewer. After positive review and approval, the papers will be submitted for publication to the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering.
Before publication, IOP Publishing will review manuscripts using similarity check software. The IOP reserves the right not to publish any manuscripts that the IOP deems inappropriate for publication.
Option 2: Publishing in Proceedings of ХI International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2020
The manuscipts can be written and published in English or Bulgarian. Papers will be published in the Proceedings of ХI International Conference on Civil Engineering Design and Construction - DCB'2020 in the form of articles. Each article and its abstract will be reviewed by independent, anonymous reviewers, and in most cases they are members of the International or National Scientific Committee of DCB'2020. After a positive review and approval the articles are distributed and arranged by the editors of the Proceedings.
The Proceedings of DCB'2020 are identified with International Standard Book Number (ISBN 1314-6955). It will be published on paper and optical media CD (ISSN 2603-4255), containing the publication in pdf-format with the capability for color printouts. The authors of papers hold the copyright on their articles, so they are responsible for the content of their paper. The organizers and editors are not responsible for the content of the articles and the consequences if the authors have caused problem with their publication. NTSSB is a publisher and it is authorized to offer and distribute the Proceedings.

ABOUT US
The National Scientific Technical Union in Bulgaria (NTSSB) is the oldest creative-professional organization which brings together civil engineers, engaged in secondary and higher education, public administration, construction and design organizations, as well as in training and supervision of MS and PhD students.
The Union performs various public activities in favour of its members, supporting their professional development and creative progress. NTSSB organizes courses, seminars, national and international scientific and scientific-practical conferences. This action is carried out in close cooperation with a number of public bodies - higher and secondary schools, chambers of constructors, investment design engineers and architects, relevant commissions at Bulgarian ministries and at the Bulgarian Parliament.
Scientific Conference on „Civil Engineering Design and Construction“ is held every two years, it began in 2000 as a national Conference of the Union of Bulgarian Construction Engineers and the Bulgarian Scientific and Technical Union of Civil Engineering. Currently, this is already the tenth Conference and for the seventh time with international participations. The Bulgarian Scientific and Technical Union of Civil Engineering, the Chamber of the Engineers in the Investment Design and the Bulgarian Construction Chamber are its main organizers. Co-organizers, permanently, are: the Federation of the Bulgarian Scientific and Technical Unions, Foundation „EVRIKA“, the Varna Free University (VFU) „Chernorizets Hrabar“ and the Territorial Organization of the Scientific and Technical Unions in the City of Varna.
