They are invited to participate PhD students, PhD, postdoctoral researcher, masters, bachelors, students and pupils from: higher education institutions and vocational high schools where construction specialties are taught. Applicants must have independent or co-authored works or other works of an authorial nature that have not been published so far. In case of co-authorship, the participant should be a young participant.

REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION FEES
The registration is done by sending a completed registration form with a short summary by email to conference.dcb@gmail.com as an attachment.

The conference fee is 30€ for Ph.D. students till 20 October 2025
Students do not pay a participation fee.

The report should not exceed 10 (ten) pages, including illustrations. Pages are not numbered, slide reports are not accepted. Color design of individual objects of the report is allowed. Reports must be prepared in .pdf format, according to the requirements specified in:

The registration form and the reports / up to 2 pcs. per participant / with a review by a habilitated person (except for students), are sent to e-mail:

At least one of the authors of each report must attend the Conference (preferably the moderator). The oral reporting, information and texts included in the presentation (slides) that are presented can be in English.

COLLECTION OF REPORTS
All reports will be published in an electronic collection, which is included in the National Reference List of Contemporary Bulgarian Scientific Publications with Scientific Review, maintained by NACID and will be registered in the ROAD portal for scientific online resources with free access. Identified by the international publishing number for the periodical (ISSN 2738-7887) online and optical CD (ISSN 2738-7879) The authors of the reports retain their copyright on the articles, taking full responsibility for their content. The organizers of DCB’2025 and the editors of the Collection of Reports are not responsible for the content of the articles, as well as for the consequences if the authors have caused harm to third parties. NTSSB is a publisher and as such receives rights to offer and distribute the publication with published articles.
A committee of the Scientific Council will select one "BEST REPORT" from the categories: pupils, students, doctoral students and young scientists. The authors will receive a diploma and a cash prize.
